Characteristics
1. This machine is hanging structure, the overall frame. The whole body are of high quality stainless steel drum, the drum in the residual liquid and waste residue to clean thoroughly, to eliminate the phenomenon of color design and color difference in leather making, specially for dyeing process. Heating circulation system and adopts advanced interlining, drum and intercalation in solution to the complete separation of heating medium, the drum body resting can also heating and constant temperature.
2. This machine is equipped with total timing, timing, positive and negative rotation and single direction function. Work, and reversing time and total time yo-yo intermittent time can be set respectively, so as to realize the continuous or intermittent operation of the drum. Using variable frequency speed regulation, and USES the chain transmission, smooth operation, transmission power is big, durable.
3. The machine adopts electrical heating, heating is controlled by intelligent temperature control instrument system, drum side is equipped with the transparent toughened glass observation window, can observe the conditions of drum in the processing of leather.
4. The drum is driven by a motor through belts (or chain) driving system and its rotation speed is regulated by means of a frequency converter.
The driving system consists of a variable speed motor, V-belt, (or coupling), worm & worm wheel speed reducer, a small chain wheel (or belt wheel) mounted on the shaft of the speed reducer and a big chain wheel (or belt wheel) on the drum.
This driving system has the advantages of easy in operation, low in noise, stable and smooth in start & running and sensitive in speed regulation.
