The Effect Of Breaking The Soft Drum On The Upgrading Of Tanning

Tanning refers to the process of removing hair and non-collagen fibers from raw hides and undergoing a series of mechanical and chemical treatments, and finally tanning them into leather. Among them, the texture of semi-finished leather is relatively hard and the texture of the leather surface is chaotic, which is not conducive to subsequent processing. Usually, the softness, fullness and elasticity of the semi-finished leather are improved by the softening process. . The current leather softening device is mainly a softening drum, and there are two kinds of cylindrical drum and octagonal drum.

When in use, the leather to be processed is put into the softening drum, and after running the equipment, the leather in the drum is continuously hit against the baffle plate of the inner cylinder to realize the softening of the leather.

Compared with the ordinary soft-shattering drum, the new soft-shattering drum has the following advantages:

(1) Better dust removal effect. The study found that both the dust removal method and the material of the dust removal bag will have an impact on the dust removal effect, especially the dust removal bag commonly used in China is likely to cause secondary pollution. The new type of soft-tumble drum has better dust removal effect.

(2) Better temperature and humidity control. The new soft-blow drum adopts a more advanced temperature and humidity control method, which can ensure that the temperature and humidity in the drum can be effectively controlled. The drum also has rapid cooling and cooling technology. Condensation cooling can also be upgraded according to customer needs (when the temperature inside the drum is required to be lower than the air temperature).

(3) Eliminate the phenomenon of skin flower caused by water droplets. In the process of softening, water and chemical materials need to be added. Usually, water droplets will drip. Uneven atomization will cause water droplets to condense, and leather flowers will appear on the surface of the leather. The new soft-tumble drum effectively eliminates this phenomenon.

(4) Advanced heating methods and technologies avoid carbonization caused by the accumulation of leather dust.

(5) Modular production, flexible upgrade method. Customers can either purchase a new type of demolition drum for the whole machine, or upgrade the existing decoupling drum (the original drum body has a stable structure and has the circulation system required for the upgrade).
