Structure and Features
Structure:
It is mainly composed of three parts: tank body, screen mesh and dial plate. The screen mesh is lifted by the hydraulic system, which can effectively separate the skin from the liquid medicine, which is convenient for quick skin removal.
Features:
The dial has two gears, automatic and manual. When it is set to the automatic gear, the dial can be rotated forward and stopped periodically; when it is set to the manual gear, the forward and reverse rotation of the dial can be manually adjusted. At the same time, the equipment has the function of frequency conversion and speed regulation, which is used to stir the liquid and the leather, so that the liquid and the leather are fully stirred evenly.
The hydraulic control screen is tilted and turned 80~90 degrees to separate the skin from the liquid medicine, which is convenient for peeling and effectively improves the work efficiency of workers. At the same time, one pool of medicinal liquid can soak several pools of skin sheets, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of medicinal liquid and achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
A steam pipe is attached to facilitate the heating and heat preservation of the liquid medicine. There is a drain port under the trough for draining the waste liquid from the trough.
The equipment can be upgraded, so that the equipment has the functions of quantitative water addition and automatic heating and heat preservation, which further improves the work efficiency.
